Travelodge by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport/Peterson SFB

For a cheap hotel they have great service and want to do their best to help. They are upfront with their services, and kind to their customers. Josh is the one who checked me in and he was efficient and helped me when I couldnt get my keycards to work. They are obviously doing some work right now, and some of the rooms are not in the best shape, but it reflects in the cheaper pricing which i am happy to pay. Plus I am able to park right in front of my room to keep an eye on my car, and that gives me some sense of security. They also seem to be pet friendly, and have a little dog walking/ picnic area right by their hotel. It seems there is a residential side as well, but i have no comment on that as i have not used them for that service. The staff are kind and friendly, the service is prompt and accommodating, and overall if you need a less expensive stay for the short term I would recommend them. I did get to see in some of their double bed rooms and they look nice and clean as well. Overall I would rate a 8/10, being that high for the staff more than anything. I will edit this based upon if I receive my deposit back, which they did stipulate would likely take 2-5 buisness days after my checkout which i find reasonable. Thank you guys!

WoW! I could not have done better for what I am paying here. My room is clean and spacious. The front desk workers have been very helpful. The breakfast is a great added bonus! Leticia's great customer service skills and great attitude made my stay all the more pleasant.

Comfortable beds, clean, nice deep tub, friendly employees, waffles!, extremely long check-in (20 minutes) despite checking in online, but really friendly and helpful front desk attendant. We kept our rooms clean and were quiet so I'm hopeful our deposit will be returned promptly and fully.

My son and I have been going through a really rough time the last several months, but luckily, we ended up here at this hotel after some time. I wish I had enough ways I could heap praise on the workers that do the cleaning the rooms on to the man that cleans the parking lot each and every morning, you may not be seen as often by most, but I see you and thank you for tireless work. You all always make it shine there. To the people up at the front desk, especially Leticia. Let me tell you a bit about Leticia. My son and I thought we'd finally overcome our hardships and found a new home only to have to leave after 3 weeks due to asbestos. Well. We ended up back here. Most places would have not even come close to giving us the warm, caring and just open arms feeling that Leticia did. Her first words after seeing me, "what happened?? Are you guys ok? I saw your name on our list and started asking everyone what happened???" It immediately put my already worn down, sometimes broken down and not knowing how I can possibly make it through another day without collapsing thoughts at ease. Leticia... You are one of the most amazing human beings with a heart of pure gold. Thank you for absolutely everything. P.S. The newly remodeled rooms are AMAZING!!! Good work on it all!!!

Good breakfast. Rooms are decent, parking is abundant, staff is not the most outgoing but all in all not too bad. Early check in fee is outrageous tho!!

Very clean. Friendly staff. My room wasn't cleaned during my 4 night stay, but i saw housekeeping in the halls every day. No big deal, I brought them my trash and dirty towels, just to get it out of the room. They were nice about it. No complaints! Pillows were so comfy! Waffles were yummy!

The facility is neat. It is not a big hotel but has almost every basic service that someone in transit may need. It located close to the road in a very safe area just about seven minutes drive from the North Academy Blvd. The front desk staff are also superb.

Edmond road tripping and camping so once a month I get myself a hotel room generally something not too expensive. I found this hotel on booking.com when was delightfully surprised. They call it a sweet but it's actually an apartment. A full kitchen. Full-size appliances, you could cook a turkey in the oven A full bedroom with a monster King bed. So comfortable. Plenty of storage space 3 closets. A TV in the bedroom and in the living room. And a table to sit at for your meals. The staff was genuinely lovely. I'm considering asking if I can stay for another night.
